Wearable art for Te Papa window display
Year 13 Soft Materials

The student worked with Te Papa as the client to design works of wearable art for a window display to celebrate the concurrent World of Wearable Arts shows in Wellington.

The evidence provided in the documentation demonstrates:

  • synthesis and integration of knowledge and skills, ideas and methods into the student practice;
  • justification of the practice undertaken; and
  • reflection on the information, understandings and practices that affected the development of the technological outcome.
This student was awarded an Outstanding Scholarship in 2008.
